Action Property Solutions is owned and operated by Mal Missingham.  He is a Certified Practicing Valuer with over 30 years property industry experience in both government and corporate sectors.  He was a long-serving member of the API Professional Board (Qld) and a former member of the API National Professional Board of the Institute. These Boards are responsible for the development and monitoring of professional practice standards applicable to valuers and other property professionals.

Mal has lived and worked throughout Queensland providing him with a rare understanding of both metropolitan and regional property issues. Similarly, it has enabled him to develop a broad expertise in various property types and land uses spanning residential, retail, commercial, industrial, rural, hospitality sectors.  He has always played an active role in business and property affairs serving on numerous boards and committees including:-

• Chambers of Commerce
• Small Business Council (Qld)
• BOMA / Australian Property Council

Mal initially worked with the State Government (Valuer General) for over 10 years followed by a similar period with a national corporate property advisor (Herron Todd White), mostly as a regional Director.
