Our credentials and professionalism have been challenged many times, but NOT ONCE has any presiding jurisdiction or court ever not accepted our opinion as truthful and competent. Ultimately our duty is to the judicial system. That’s the law, and we accept that responsibility very seriously, without fear or favour. Whilst we will argue, propose or defend a Client’s position to reasonable limits, we will NEVER compromise our ethics as an expert witness.
